- Week 3: Finding Clients – In this section we dive deep into client acquisition strategies including where/how often should I advertise myself? How do I build relationships with potential clients before ever sending out an invoice? Should I offer free trials? And more importantly…what kind of offers should I use when trying out different channels until one works best for me personally?
- Week 4: Agency Model – If you have aspirations of growing your business beyond just being a solo virtual assistant, this module is for you. In this module, you’ll learn how to build a team of virtual assistants, including how to identify the right candidates, how to train them, and how to manage them effectively. You’ll also learn about the legal and financial considerations involved in starting an agency, as well as how to set your prices and create a profitable business model.
